Path Survey

In some instances, it may be appropriate to run a Path Survey. This is a temporary installation in order to find answers to bespoke queries you may have with your site. You may want to understand what the relationship is between a shopping centre and neighbouring retail park, or the impact of a key store opening on your site.  You may have an event running for a short period of time and need to understand capacity/effectiveness.

In fact, a Path Survey may be part of the market research plans you have for your site as it can accurately capture data about visitor numbers, dwell times and shopper flow in way you could not possibly glean from an exit poll or market research questionnaire.

A survey involves the temporary installation of portable receiver units within the scheme for a few days. The units require a 1.2mx1.2m space and are positioned by mutual agreement to gain the best readings. Please contact us for more details.
